The "Glory or Dominance" Team Loyalty Points system is created to express our gratitude for your financial support and is directly tied to the information you provide such as name and email address etc. which is for ownership verification purposes only on the Loyalty Points you own, this information will not be used for other purposes or distributed to third parties unless legally required by providing a valid legal claim. (Each loyalty point is identified by a unique identifier from our database!) These loyalty points can be transferred, gifted or traded within our website. These can be used to purchase in-game rewards, digital or print copies of books from our fan shop, and other content.

What are loyalty points and what can I use them for?

Loyalty point is a virtual unit created by us through which we wish to express our gratitude to our supporters (Users, Players or Investors). The intended amount of loyalty points is limited.

Through Loyalty Points you can purchase in-game assets, items (purchasable items do not directly affect player development - they do not carry any serious benefits and privileges that make the game Pay-to-Win!) or content from our fan store. Also to long-term invest your points until the end of the calendar accounting year and thereby participate in the intended distribution of funds from the final net cash profit of the game as following: At the end of each accounting year, all expenses incurred (for the previous year) and taxes due, as well as a percentage of costs for future periods (maintenance, rents, etc.) are calculated and subtracted from the revenues of the project, which determines the final net annual profit of the game. The net annual profit is divided by the amount of loyalty points, thereby expressing the equivalent cash value for each loyalty point, and each loyalty point holder receives this equivalent based on how many points he owns. Viz. the greater the final profit of the game, the greater will be the value of each loyalty point.

Can I sell my loyalty points?

We will not buy loyalty points from their owners! – Any LP holder can advertise their points for sale through our website platform, where they can give another user the opportunity to take ownership of their quantities or part of them!

Each owner of loyalty points has the exclusive right to dispose of his points as and when he sees fit. Including trading, exchanging, selling or giving them away.

Exchange of loyalty points:

Since each Loyalty Point is identified to a specific owner through a unique identifier, we have predicted and provided a section on our website to legalize all sales, purchases or changes of ownership of owned LPs, as well as exchanging them for in-game assets in "Glory or Dominance" (to avoid abuse and fraud through LPs each purchase, sale or transfer of ownership of LP is carried out and controlled by our teams).

Value:

As a thank you to our supporters (Users, Players or Investors) for every 10 euros donated or invested (after the official release of the game and when the amount of LP is reduced we reserve our right to change this equivalent!) we express our gratitude through 1 loyalty point (for anonymous donations, we cannot credit equivalents in loyalty points, as each point is marked with a unique identification number that is assigned to a specific user, contributor or player).

How can I get loyalty points?

Since these points are intended as a thank you from us to our users, we therefore reserve the right to credit, award and distribute these LPs as following:

You can buy LPs from our LP sale section (any amount for the purchase of LPs is considered an investment donation and will be put into this project - for improvement, maintenance and development).

You can receive LP through a donation, and for every 10 euros, 1 LP will be credited (for anonymous donations, we cannot credit equivalents in loyalty points, since each point is marked with a unique identification number that is assigned to a specific user, contributor or player).

LPs will be awarded to contributors and sponsors with a particularly large contribution to the project (advertisement, material base, etc.) as an expression of gratitude and goodwill from our side.

LP will be credited to active users (players) each month for playing time.

LPs can be awarded as an additional reward for successfully completing certain events.

LPs will be credited and distributed among tournament winners (individual, group or guild competitions).

LPs will be awarded as an additional reward to the winners of regional, cross-server or global tournaments.

LPs can be awarded as a reward for users (players) with special contributions to the development and improvement of the project (finding bugs, reporting instability errors, reporting unbalanced functions in characters, battles, skills, etc.), users and players adequately active in the forums when solving a problem of other users.

LPs will not be credited and awarded to sponsors having a contractual relationship with us for sponsorship in exchange for advertising!

Terms and conditions:

After acquiring or purchasing Loyalty Points, we undertake to send you a notification e-mail within two business days by which we will notify you of the amount of Loyalty Points purchased, received or awarded to you.

• You understand and agree that your donation is completely voluntary and we are under no obligation to refund your funds in any form.
  
• You understand and agree that Loyalty Points can only be redeemed, traded or exchanged after the official launch of the "Glory or Dominance" game.
  
• You understand and agree that we (the Creators of the game "Glory or Dominance") may pay dividends in the form of money or in-game assets just and only after the end of the financial accounting year if the game "Glory or Dominance" makes a profit.
  
• The payment of dividends or distribution of rewards for holding Loyalty Points is as follows:
  
• Amounts worth more than 50 Euros will be paid in cash equivalent. For smaller values, each Loyalty Points holder will receive in-game assets in "Glory or Dominance" or vouchers for discounts in our web store.
  
• You understand and agree that the amount and type of reward for each Loyalty Point will be determined at our discretion in the respective percentages equivalent to the Loyalty Points you hold.
  
• We undertake to notify you in detail about the distribution of the prizes via E-mail, which will contain information about your prize and detailed instructions on how and in what form you will receive it.
  
• We undertake to publish an up-to-date and accurate statement of annual net profits (after tax and all statutory charges) publicly on our website page.
  
• You understand and agree that we have the right to determine the amount of the dividend after the end of the accounting year and after determining the necessary maintenance and development costs for the next accounting year.
  
• You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any losses from the game "Glory or Domination".
  
• You understand and agree that the purchase, exchange or acquisition of Loyalty Points related to the game "Glory or Dominance" will be done only and only through the space provided by us on our website, otherwise we have no responsibility for the veracity of Loyalty Points purchased, earned or exchanged.
• You also understand and agree that we have the right to change and supplement the rules described above if necessary and at any time with a view to correcting gaps and supplementing content necessary for better protection, the rights of our users and the correct functioning of the Loyalty Points system, about which we will
  notify all our users and holders of Loyalty Points of the game "Glory or Dominance".
  
• You understand and agree that receiving monetary amounts as a reward from your Loyalty Points may be subject to taxes or other charges in accordance with the laws of your country, the payment of which is your sole obligation and responsibility.
  

WARNING:

After buying/acquiring loyalty points from the market, auction or awarded as a reward you will receive a confirmation email notification, please make sure that the notifications from our email address: lpgloryordominance@gmail.com is not in your inbox or the spam folder! Also note that the Glory or Domince team will not communicate with you by any method other than the given email address above or official mail.

After Loyalty Points are earned, you may gift, donate, sell or transfer them to another user, agreeing to do so only through our auction so that we can identify, prove and change the ownership information of each donated, transferred or sold a loyalty point to the relevant new owner so that he can take advantage at any time of all the possibilities offered by our well-established loyalty point system. We have set the current price of one Loyalty Point at the moment (until the game "Glory or Dominance" launches) at ten Euro/USD. After the official release of the game, this value will be determined by supply and demand in our auction! Each loyalty point is equivalent to a percentage of the total fixed amount of loyalty points. The Glory or Domination team reserves the right to award Loyalty Points as rewards for:
package purchases, tournament wins, active game participation, event winnings or others at any time, and to add them to promotional packages or other content in our web store. – Loyalty Points awarded in this way are deducted from the total fixed amount of Loyalty Points for the whole game. We also reserve the right to revoke or cancel loyalty points from users upon proof of fraud or attempted use of a hack or other malware, exploit, etc. Accounts of such users will be canceled forever!

Attention!

The Loyalty Points system for the game Glory or Dominance was created to express our gratitude to the people, players and everyone else who support us and contribute to the realization, development and existence of the game Glory or Dominance. This system will not be used for commercial purposes to generate profits from our side and all funds from loyalty points will be invested in the development and maintenance of the glory or dominance game.
